Random Weird Game

This page deals one game at a time from our directory of weird browser games and holds it up so you can read what it is before committing. GO plays it. ANOTHER deals again, and never repeats a card until you have seen the whole roster. Anything you actually play is kept in a short recently-played list on this device, so a good find is one tap away next time. About one pick in four is one of ours. We run the machine, so we get some shelf space.

Every pick comes from the weird browser games directory: 80+ hand-curated free web games and toys, external picks opening in a new tab, our own marked MADE HERE.

ANOTHER never repeats a card until you have seen the whole roster, and anything you press GO on is kept in a short recently-played list on your device, with a pick-up-where-you-left-off strip on your next visit, and a Clear history control. Nothing is sent anywhere and there is no account.

FAQ

What is this page?

A dispenser. Each visit draws one entry from our weird browser games directory (80+ hand-curated free web games and toys) and shows you its name and what is actually strange about it. Press GO to play the pick, or ANOTHER to redraw. Send the link to anyone who claims to be bored.

Why show a card instead of redirecting me straight to a game?

Because a page that flings you at an unknown URL the moment it loads feels like malware. The card tells you where you are going and why it might be worth it; you pull the trigger. External games open in a new tab, and our own games are marked MADE HERE.

Where do the games come from?

Every pick comes from the same hand-curated roster as the weird browser games directory: one-button toys, tiny simulations, daily puzzle cults, noise machines, and internet oddities. Everything is free, plays in the browser, and was checked when it went in. Dead links get removed.

Will it deal me the same game twice? And how do I find one again?

Not until you have seen every card. The page remembers what it has dealt you, on this device, and only starts over once the roster is exhausted. Anything you press GO on lands in a short recently-played list under the card, and the last one is offered as a pick-up-where-you-left-off strip when you come back. All of it stays in your browser: nothing is sent anywhere, there is no account, and Clear history wipes it.
